Municipal waste water treatment plants
for 850 - 5000 EI

Municipal waste water treatment plants of this size are made in two type series:

Supplies

The basic AČB treatment units are designed to be built in concrete reservoirs (arranged in two parallel lines), final sedimentation reservoirs are separated. WWTP AČB SBR may contain one or two reactors.
The basic treatment unit is complemented by a pumping station, coarse preliminary cleaning, tertiary treatment, gauging shaft, sludge terminal, event. other technological unit.

WWTP AČB 850 - 5000

Function description

WWTP AČB 850 to 5000 are manufactured in a type range of 7 sizes. Waste water flows in through the supply pipe into the denitrification zone of the plant through a division shaft, which divides the inflow into both parallel reservoirs. The denitrification zone is mixed using immersion mixers, eventually coarse-bubble aeration elements, the nitrification zone is fully aerated by fine-bubble elements. A degassing unit is installed at the drain from the activation area, then the activation mixture spontaneously flows out into the centre cylinder of the settlement tanks installed behind the treatment plant activation reservoirs. Treated water flows off the treatment plant through a discharge trough with scum boards. Floated and sedimented activated sludge is withdrawn by air lift pumps (event. simple pumps) back to the activation zone, or using the other air lift pump into the sludge collector as excess sludge. The pressure air for the aeration systems and air lift pumps is generated by blowers, in the following composition: or 2 operating + 1 reserve; aeration of sludge collector is provided by a reserve blower. The treatment plant operation is controlled by the MPC 300 control system.

WWTP AČB SBR 850 - 5000

Function description

WWTP AČB SBR 850 to 5000 – they are made in a type range of 7 sizes. AČB SBR works on the principle of low-rate activation with sequential batch reactor where the same reservoir (reactor) is used for both activation and sedimentation of suspended solids. According to the type, the reactor consists of one or two reservoirs. A sedimentation reservoir may be installed before the reactor. This reservoir serves at the same time as an accumulation collector and a collector for partial anaerobic sludge stabilization. The separate phases of the treatment process in the reactor (filling with aeration, sedimentation, removal of treated water and excess sludge) are connected in cycles to each other. Treatment plant AČB SBR may also be designed as a WWTP with nitrification and denitrification. It is also possible to install chemical precipitation of phosphorus. The basic version of the treatment plant is controlled by the MPC 300 control system.
