Waste water treatment plant AČB SBR 10 to 50 is a biological waste water treatment plant with intermittent action (SBR). Alternatively, after consulting the manufacturer, it may also be used for treatment of other waste waters with biodegradable pollution.
Supplies
Are made in type-specific plastic reservoirs (installation into excavation pits to a foundation plate) or through a building-in into a concrete, event. existing plastic reservoir. The SBR system is a simple and the least expensive solution to WWTP redevelopment.
Function description
AČB SBR works on the principle of low-rate activation with sequential batch reactor where the same reservoir (reactor) serves for both activation and sedimentation of suspended solids. The basic version of the plant consists of a polypropylene reservoir divided into the sedimentation part and the activation part. The sedimentation part serves at the same time as an accumulating collector and collector for partial anaerobic sludge stabilization. The activation zone is aerated by AME aeration elements, the separate treatment process phases (filling with aeration, sedimentation, withdrawal of treated water and excess sludge) are connected in cycles in the same reservoir - reactor. During the aeration phase it is possible to adjust denitrification, eventually install chemical precipitation of phosphorus. The basic version of the treatment plant is controlled by a simple programmable relay.
The basic unit of AČB SBR may be complemented by tertiary treatment, eventually other technological unit.

Waste-water treatment plants AČB SBR were tested in operation by the T. G. Masaryk Water Research Institute in Prague, and they were recommended for installation in appropriate localities.
