AČB E 5 – 50
Classic flow WWTP with aeration for versatile treatment of sink waterwith high efficiency of removal of organic matters and nutrients.
Use
Alternatively, after consultation with the manufacturer, it may be used also for treatment of other waste waters with biologically degradable soiling.
Supplies
Are made in type-specific plastic reservoirs intended for installation into excavation pits to a foundation plate. The WWTP is dimensioned for backfilling, eventually concreting-in.
Function description
Domestic WWTPs AČB E 5 to 50 are manufactured in a type range of 5 sizes. Each size consists of a PP compact container divided into the separate functional areas by dividing walls.
Waste water enters the sedimentation zone where floating and settleable impurities are trapped and anaerobic-stabilized. From there, the waste water is pumped by a air lift pump to the overall-aerated activation designed as low-rate to ensure high quality of the treated water. The air source is a blower, which feeds air to the aeration elements AME in the activation zone. From the activation zone, the water is fed to the settlement tank for separation of sludge and treated water. The withdrawal of excess sludge into the sedimentation zone, the recirculation of sludge from the final sedimentation zone back to the activation zone, and the withdrawal of floating sludge to the activation zone is done by air lift pumps. The WWTP operation is controlled by the relays, the operating modes are to be selected in the distributor.
The basic AČB E unit may be complemented by a tertiary treatment unit and/or other technological units. The treatment plant may be converted into a nitrification-denitrification plant, eventually with chemical precipitation of suspended solids and phosphorus.
Advantages of WWTP AČB E 5 to 50:
- Modern technology with high treatment effects
- Long operating life of the reservoir and technological accessories of the WWTP
- High efficiency of treatment
- Low noisiness
- Automatic operation
- Low cost of acquisition and operation
