Use MPC 200
Control system FORTEX MPC 200 serves for controlling the operation of activation waste water treatment plants type Fortex AČB or similar. The control system is based on a programmable automatic unit PLC of the simplest version, allowing maximal reduction of operating expenses, especially in power take-off, and reduction of the treatment plant servicing to minimum. The control system works on the basis of time switching of the blower drive depending on the input volume into the activation reservoir. The control system is complemented by integrated auxiliary functions for operating the whole AČB technology, such as the automatic withdrawal of sludge from the level, count of working hours of all drives, automatic reserve run of the drives, and automatic alternation of working and supporting drives. The control system also includes a control panel with a keyboard allowing continuous adjustment of time modes and monitoring of the control system function.

Use MPC 300
Control system FORTEX MPC 300 serves for controlling the operation of activation waste water treatment plants type Fortex AČB or similar. The control system is based on a lower version programmable automatic unit PLC, allowing maximal reduction of operating expenses, especially in power take-off, and reduction of the treatment plant servicing to minimum. As to the processor output, memory size and possibilities of communication, this unit ranks among the medium-class automatic units. The control system works on the basis of time switching of the blower drive depending on the input volume into the activation reservoir. The control system is complemented by integrated auxiliary functions for operating the whole AČB technology, such as the automatic withdrawal of sludge from the level, count of working hours of all drives, automatic reserve run of the drives, and automatic alternation of working and supporting drives. The control system also includes a control panel with a keyboard allowing continuous adjustment of time modes and monitoring of the control system function. On request it is possible to install, within the control system, a file for sending failure signals by SMS, printer, etc. MPC 300 may be extended using 4 free slots.

Use MPC 400
Control system FORTEX MPC 400 serves for controlling the operation of activation waste water treatment plants type Fortex AČB or similar. The control system is based on a medium-class programmable automatic unit PLC, allowing maximal reduction of operating expenses, especially in power take-off, and reduction of the treatment plant servicing to minimum. The control system works on the basis of time switching of the blower drive depending on the input volume into the activation reservoir, or on the basis of oxygen measurement and controlling the blower drives by switching, two-cycle motor or using a frequency converter. The control system is complemented by integrated auxiliary functions for operating the whole AČB technology, such as the automatic withdrawal of sludge from the level, count of working hours of all drives, automatic reserve run of the drives, and automatic alternation of working and supporting drives. The control system also includes a control panel with a keyboard allowing continuous adjustment of time modes and monitoring of the control system function. On request it is possible to install, within the control system, a file for sending failure signals by SMS, printer, etc. Control system MPC 400 is modular with the possibility of installation into small WWTPs as well as large automated units.
