Steel add-on frames
FP steel add-on frames are suitable and easily adaptable to various needs for storing and transport of any kind of goods.
According to the kind of goods the frame panelling is made with reinforcements or webbing. The frames are installed to the wooden EUR pallets. The add-on frames are mostly composed of two parts, each part is made of a longitudinal and a lateral wall interconnected by a brace. After seating the frame to the pallet the parts are joined using slide brackets.
Pallets with selected add-on frames allow stacking. The pallet is placed in bowl of the lower frame in all four corners. The add-on frame design allows transmission of the pallet weight to the lower frame, which is dimensioned so that it is possible to stack the pallets in several layers, thus creating a stable storage rack.
Installation of the frames to the EUR pallets is simple, fast, easy and safe. The special mounting system allows installation of the frame to an already loaded pallet. Therefore the goods may be loaded fast and from all sides. Non-used add-on frames may be stored disassembled with very low storage space demands.

The above types are only selected examples of a wide variety of different versions. Apart from the existing design solutions of add-on frames we offer a possibility of developing and manufacturing special frames upon the customer’s request, or adapting the existing design to other dimensions.
