We deal with modern transportation pallets of high quality, from the design until realization.
FORTEX-AGS, Division Metal Production, deals with manufacture of products for storing, transport and handling of goods. The standard line of products includes container trolleys and facilities for manual handling of goods, different types of steel add-on stackable frames and transportation pallets. Such products are also designed as foldable to save storage space during stocking or transport in empty condition. At present our customers are mostly suppliers for the automobile industry, for which we produce special transportation pallets. Approximately 80 % of annual turnover of the division is generated by export into the EU countries.
Apart from the standard line of products we also manufacture products according to individual requirements of the customers. In our engineering office and development centre we are able to design the solution according to customer’s needs. We realize the production according to details delivered by the customer, eventually according to the product samples.
Cutting and other material preparation for welding is carried out using semiautomatic saws, presses, shears, folding brakes, and we also dispose of the centre for metal cutting. Our division also includes the casting material store, which is at the same time also a distribution warehouse for external customers. The manufacture proceeds in the quality management system according to ISO 9001, from the material preparation until the product surface treatment. The products are lacquered in a new modern environment-friendly paint shop. The product surface may also be treated by cold or hot-dip galvanizing.
Our Division Metal Production of the company Fortex-AGS, a.s. ensures complete realization of the order from design until delivery of the finished product by our own truck transport to the customer-specified location.
