In the field of building operations, manufacture of waste-water treatment plants and steel pallet systems our company aims at developing and manufacturing of volumes to be sold, and not at selling volumes, which were manufactured. Quality of the separate orders and services rendered is of the highest priority in our company and it is the crucial factor influencing the customer satisfaction and our reputation. The company is there for the customers, and not vice versa. Everything we do we must do for the benefit of the customers and their needs. Thanks to our future-oriented performance we achieve our economic development. Each member of the top management is responsible in their respective fields for performing the requirements of the standards ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:1999. The top-managers lead their collaborators to constant improvement of the integrated system of management. Selection of our new collaborators is executed according to their qualification (expert knowledge, hands-on background) and higher competence (honesty, team-work, creative thinking, etc.). We employ each collaborator in such a way so that they contribute with their interest in quality and purposeful work to maintaining the company’s credit. Qualified and motivated collaborators are our company’s potential. We undertake to fulfill, without reservation, all requirements of the valid laws and ordinances in relation to the environmental protection, safety and protection of health at work. Continuous improving shall be provided by using technologies and building operations, which are environmentally friendly and which respect the safety and protection of health at work. Effective prevention shall limit the sources of pollution and health hazards caused by our production activities and/or by using our products by our business partners. We familiarize continuously our suppliers with our Policy and we cooperate with them as regards the quality, environmental protection and safety of our cooperation. Suppliers of materials and services for our production are evaluated not only from the commercial point of view but also from the view of their ability to meet our requirements for quality, environmental protection and safety.
