Personnel policy
The company personnel management aims at employing competent employees on high professional levels, allowing them development of their expertise, leading them to deepening their expert knowledge, and exercising their skills and abilities in practice.
To meet such objectives the company exercises an incentive bonus system, allows the use of flexible working hours in some professions, supports taking language courses, and places emphasis on special training of the employees.
In its social program the company appropriates resources to:
